Automatic integration of e-Factura is now available and it can be very easy activated following the next steps:

‘Integrated services’, then ‘Overview’ or ‘e-Factura’, and click on the ‘e-Factura - Ro e-Invoice platform Integration’ button

A page where you will find links to enable integration, will be opened. If you have permission to log in to the S.P.V., then click the first button.

If you do not have access to S.P.V., choose the option ‘Without permission to log in to S.P.V. with the digital certificate ’. You will receive a link that is needed to be copied and sent to your accountant, the person who can access the S.P.V. ANAF with digital certificate for your company.

The e-Factura integration access will then be active and you can cancel it whenever you want.

To send the invoice to ANAF, open the invoice for viewing and in the left column, in the Send / Download section, click on ‘Export e-Factura'. A page will then be opened where, once the access is activated, you will be able to see the ‘Send to e-Factura (ANAF)’ button.
